Fees for leasing and managing are:

Leasing: 50% of the first full month rent

Single Family

Management-$60.00 flat fee or 6% whichever is less. Maximum equals $857.14 rent

Lease Renewal $100.00

$200.00 Escrow fee - Maintenance

Duplex

Management-$90.00 flat fee or 6% - whichever is less. Maximum equals $1285.71 or $642.86 per side rent

Lease renewal: $100.00

$300.00 Escrow fee - Maintenance

Triplex

Management-$120.00 flat fee or 6% whichever is less. Maximum equals $1714.28 or $571.43 per unit rent

Lease renewal: $100.00

$400.00 Escrow fee- Maintenance

4- Plex

Management-$140.00 flat fee or 6% whichever is less. Maximum equals $2000.00 or $500.00 per unit rent

Lease renewal: $100.00

$500.00 Escrow fee - Maintenance

Fees for leasing only without management is:

Leasing: 70% of the first full month rent
